PRIVATIZATION ADVISORY

  KINTO professionals took part in more than thirty Ukrainian companies’ privatization projects. The largest companies include: “Oranta” (National Insurance Company), 1994, and “Dniproazot” (Chemical Industry), 1995.

KINTO participated in several tender offerings as an advisor to SPF. As a member of privatization consortia, Kinto has won mandates to sell the following companies: Poltava Gas Discharge Lamp (1996, in consortium with EPIC, Ernst &Young, Squire, Sanders and Dempsey) and Centerenergo (1997, in consortium with UBS and EPIC). In 2002 in consortium with EPIC, KINTO won a tender announced by the World Bank to provide advisory services to the Government of Uzbekistan in selling shares of Kyzylkum Cement and Akhangaran Cement.
